Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Grate the medium zucchinis, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain the zucchini using a clean kitchen towel.
  4. Mix the drained zucchini with 2 beaten eggs, Parmesan, and mozzarella until combined.
  5. Press the mixture into the prepared dish and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
  6. Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  7. Combine filling ingredients in the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
