Method
 

Preparation and Cooking
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F to 400°F, for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Toss sliced green peppers, onions, and mushrooms with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Grill the seasoned vegetables for about 10-12 minutes until tender with grill marks.
  4. Grill the turkey bratwurst for 6-7 minutes until golden-brown and at an internal temperature of 160°F.
  5. Continue cooking the brats while the veggies finish charring for another 3-5 minutes.
  6. Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour to create a roux for about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Slowly whisk in warmed milk and cook for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  8. Add cream cheese, smoked provolone, and white American cheese, mixing until smooth.
  9. Assemble the brats in buns, top with grilled veggies and cheese sauce. Serve warm.
